Q:How many days does it take to ship after placing an order?

A:The majority of the items in our store are in stock and can be shipped within approximately 3 business days.

However, certain products—such as those from Hakuhodo—are typically not kept in stock, so it usually takes around 7 business days from the time you place your order to dispatch.

If a public holiday occurs, the shipping time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Q: What shipping methods can I choose from?

A:For customers in North America, we offer four shipping options: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Japan Post. For customers outside North America, we provide three options: DHL, FedEx, and Japan Post. You can choose the method that best suits your needs.

Q:Do I need to pay customs duties or value-added tax (VAT)?

A:Depending on your country of residence, you may be charged a certain amount of customs duties or value-added tax (VAT). These taxes are not included in your payment amount. If you would like to minimize these charges legally, please contact us for possible solutions.

Q:I have multiple orders—can they be shipped together?

A:Please contact us and provide your order numbers. We will refund any excess shipping fees you paid and combine your orders into one shipment.
