it’s based on the five-sided brush designed by President Yoshiki. However, we upgraded it with Kakishibusome High-Grade Saikoho, which is more oil-resistant and durable.

The standard large five-sided brush has a 30mm hair length, but I extended it to 33mm. Since its angled sides already polish foundation, I thought—why not make it fluffier so it can also apply setting powder and bronzer?
I didn’t try it with bronzer today, but I loved it for setting powder. Suqqu’s pressed powder is very dense, and using too much can create a mask-like effect. Previously, I used a flat-top brush with WCS mixed with Saikoho or Fox to prevent over-application. This time, I used the large five-sided brush, and I think the longer bristles made application more even and natural.

Beautiful multipurpose brush. This is great for both blush and liquid foundation using the rounded and flat edges respectively
Clearly a fan favourite. I feel lucky to have picked it up during the restock. KOYUDO’s persimmon dyed goat is A+ it really does make it resilient if you desire to use with creams and liquids. The small version was one of my most used brushes last year I knew this would be a winner too.
This is my new favorite foundation brush. A part of me wants to buy a backup of it because I dont know how permanent or limited edition it is and that makes me panic 😂
This brush is by far one of the most innovative & multipurpose brushes I’ve used. I can use it for liquids & creams such as foundations & bronzers and also for powders. The design of the brush head & handle is art in itself. Truly a beautiful & thoughtful design.
Soft and flexible bristles. Not too flexible though. Perfect for liquid foundation and bronzer application. Very versatile shape which fits multiple face areas.
Need the smaller version too. I don’t use concealer that much but with this one concealer may look more natural
