Product Description
Crafted from exceptionally rare Kazan squirrel hair, one of the most prized squirrel hairs available, this eyeshadow brush combines luxurious softness with excellent color performance.
Delicately soft yet resilient, the bristles hold powder beautifully, allowing shimmer and pearl shades to appear smooth, even, and luminous. The brush diffuses color effortlessly, creating a natural, seamless gradient across the eyelids.
By using the tip in an upright motion, the brush can also be used as a nose contour brush, making it a versatile tool for both eye makeup and subtle facial definition. With its fluid, skin-hugging touch, every application feels refined and controlled.

I love this brush to apply base colour to my eyelids, it's wide and soft, yet gives a great coverage with the very pigmented eyeshows I've been using lately. I can apply and blend in one swipe. The handle is so beautiful as well. I love this series!
For those familiar with Chikuhodo, this is basically the Kazan squirrel version of the Z-5. That is to say, a very soft and quite big eyeshadow brush that can work for both applying shadow all over the lid and blending the edges. When you first get it's firm and has a defined tip, which is great for also applying shadow on the lower lash line, but once you wash it it fluffs up and loses that definition on the tip, but it still works as long as you like a smoky lower lash. Of course, being a large brush is better suited for larger eyes, but I don't have massive eyes and I can still use it without any issues. Also bear in mind that, having squirrel hair, you are not going to get the same payoff as goat brushes, but as long as you use a primer or if you like a sheerer look, you will enjoy this brush immensely.
