I am so in love with this brush! It is the perfect brush for applying powder foundation. It is so soft yet dense enough to give me a good amount of coverage. Love this and it is absolutely my favorite brush purchase of the last year at least.

I’ve been waiting for this style of puff brush. It’s girthy, more substantial than the chikuhodo pf1 puff brush. It’s firm due to the generous amount of hairs but not stiff. Velvety soft and a real pleasure when it comes in contact with the face. The owl design is so cute. Very well made brush. Doesn’t shed. I stamp powders instead of swirling and this is perfect for that. Deposits powder really well and does not lift foundation underneath. Since I use this to press or pounce powder to set, it’s important that the brush does not poke. This fox haired brush does NOT poke at all. For sensitive skin and brush bristles softer than the pf1 puff brush and any Sonia g brushes. Very high quality. I love love love! Brush of my dreams!

I don’t know why I hesitated to buy this brush, but I’m so happy I finally did—it’s exquisite. It presents beautifully with the makie owl design and high gloss black ferrule. The fox/goat blend produces the softest, bounciest effect, and the head shape make the brush so functional for complexion work. Exceedingly satisfied.

I bought it for the owl. Ended up loving it way past limiting myself to looking at it. Tried it first with compact powder and it bounced it all right over my face. Felt almost alive. Handled beautifully, feels substantial and so soft on the skin. Works wonderfully with any powder item. Looks cool too.
