Powder brush made of 100% gray squirrel with maki-e lacquer in the style of traditional Yamanaka-nuri lacquerware.
By shortening the length and increasing the density of the bristles, you can enjoy a firm and smooth feel on the skin.

This is the first full squirrel hair brush i have ever purchased (go big or go home), and it is the sofests most delicious brush in my collection! I have Rephr, Sonia G, Hoyrglass and BKBeauty… this brush is the bestest and softest for powder application.. it feels so soft on the sking and so delicate. The artwork is stunning as well. A great investment!

Beautiful! Absolutely stunning maki-e design, the Maiko is so lovely- and far prettier in person! The gray squirrel is high quality and I really like the shape of this brush head. It’s a bit smaller and not as dense as the MK-KO or MK-UM. I find that I reach for it far more than I do any of my Chikuhodo brushes that are similar because I like how it’s not as dense. I’m so pleased with my purchase! And Bobo added the cutest little gift with my purchase.. I just adore it! Thank you so much!!
